●  Andrés Iniesta started his senior football career in 2001 with a Barcelona football club. He is considered as one of the greatest midfielder of all time.

●  Iniesta spent 17 years of his career in Barcelona. Iniesta played a key role in winning trebles in 2009 and 2015 for Barcelona. He has also won 9 La Liga titles, six Copa del Rey titles, 7 Spanish Super Cup, 4 UEFA Champions League titles, 3 UEFA Super Cups and 3 FIFA Club World Cups with Barcelona. He has scored 57 goals in 674 matches for Barcelona.

●  Iniesta has an outstanding international career. He has scored 13 goals and 107 assists in 131 matches. These are the brilliant stats for a Midfielder. He helped his country to win the FIFA World Cup in 2010. He scored a brilliant goal in the final of the World Cup 2010 and played a vital role in winning the World Cup. He was named the Man of the match in the final.

●  Iniesta was the integral part of Spanish team who won UEFA European Championship twice in 2008 and 2012. Iniesta Was awarded the UEFA Best Player in Europe Award and UEFA Euro Player of the Tournament in 2012 for his outstanding performance in Euro Champions Ship 2012.

●  In 2018, Iniesta decided to leave Barcelona and joined the Japanese club Vissel Kobe. He has scored 9 goals in 34 matches for the Japanese side.He said in an interview that he wants to be back in Barcelona in few years but not as a player. Hopefully we will see him back in Barcelona in a Managerial role.
