Copa del Rey is a knock out football competition which is organized every year by Royal Spanish Football Federation. Copa del Rey is the most prestigious and oldest competition in Spanish football. It was founded in 1903.

83 teams participate in the knockout competition every year and the winner of Copa del Rey title qualifies for the next season of UEFA Europa League. Barcelona is the most dominant club in the competition with 30 Copa del Rey titles. Athletic Bilbao is at the second place with 23 titles and Real Madrid is at third place with 19 titles.
