FA Community Shield

FA Community Shield is a Championship match in English football. It is one of the oldest football competitions in English football which is organized by The Football Association. It was founded in 1908.

 Top two teams participate in FA Community Shield in the end of each season. One is the winner of League title and second one the winner of FA Cup. If the winner of Premier league and FA Cup is the same club than the runner up of the league competes in the match. Manchester United is the most dominant club in the competition with 21 FA Community Shield titles. Liverpool and Arsenal both are behind The Red devils 15 titles.

 Everton have the record of most consecutive Community Shield titles from 1984 to 1987. The main purpose of competition is charity for the welfare of football in England. The revenue from the competition is distributed to the division 10 clubs who compete in FA Cup. Below is the list of winners of FA Community Shield.
