FIFA World Cup Golden Boot Award

Golden boot award (previously known as Golden Shoe) award is presented to the top goal scorer of the World Cup matches during each tournament. The award is introduced in 1982 just like Golden Ball award. It was named “Golden Shoe” in the start but in 2010 the name was changed to “Golden Boot”.
