Koscielny surperised Arsenal by refusing to travel for tour to US. is he leaving?

Arsenal's captain and French international footballer Laurent Koscielny has became focal point  for sports news channels yesterday when he refused to travel will the Arsenal squad to United States for pre-season matches. Well that was shocking surprise for Arsenal management and squad that the captain of club is not willing to play in the pre-season session and Arsenal squad will be leaderless in the US tour.

What is the actual story?. Well Laurent Koscielny is a loyal and devoted player of Arsenal football club and his service for the club is unquestionable. He Joined Arsenal football club back in 2010 and form last eight years he is presenting outstanding performance for Gunners.

Koscielny played 353 match for Gunners and not only performed outstanding in the defense but also scored 27 goals for Arsenal in last eight years. The French man has astonishing figures as a center back in international career as well. Koscielny has 51 international appearances. He is considered as one of the best center back in the world due to his defensive capabilities.

Last season has not been quite good for Arsenal and club is ready to make big changes in the management and in the playing squad as well. The things got more worse for Arsenal when the team captain Laurent Koscielny refused to travel with the club for friendly tour to United States.

This refusal from Koscielny raised big questions about French man's future in the club. Is French man going to leave club? and will Arsenal be taking any disciplinary action against him?. Well we will get the answer of this question within a month. Since Premier League is starting next month.

Arsenal's official website released a short statement about this event. "We are very disappointed by Laurent's action, which is against our instructions. We hope to resolve this matter and will not be providing any further comment at this time."

Many sports journalists from France reported that Koscielny has offers from League 1. Arsenal management will definitely look into the matter and will decide the future of center back at Arsenal.  Definitely there is a question mark now on Koscielny's new contract with Arsenal.
