During the post match interview Sarri expressed his views about the incident. He said, “I don’t know if Cristiano left the stadium early and if it’s true than it is an issue to resolve. I have no problem with Cristiano, infect he should be thanked that he was available for the match despite coming from an injury. We all know that he had a knee injury last month which is still creating a little problem for him”

Sarri also defended Cristiano by saying, “he (Ronaldo) is still struggling with his knee injury. It is important that he voluntarily made himself available for match and it is natural for a player to get angry on substitution”. Juventus is still unbeaten in the league with 10 wins and two draws in twelve matches. Inter Milan is just one point behind the Juventus in the table. On the other side AC Milan has a rough season so far and the club is at 14th place in the table with just 4 wins in 12 matches.

It was reported that CR7 left the stadium before the final whistle and he was enraged due to the two consecutive substitutions in last two matches.

Ronaldo is not the one who gets disappointed easily. He also posted about the match on Instagram. He wrote, “a difficult match and an important win.”
